07.19.19– Pop-up dinner and sneak-peek at a new event center
July 19, 2019, Living Light International, will host and prepare a plant-based pop-up dinner in their event center and newly installed hot-kitchen. Living Light is on the second floor of Main Street’s Company Store in Fort Bragg CA. The menu is still under wraps but will be plant-based, and made with local produce.

Known for their raw-vegan culinary training, Living Light is evolving to include cooked-vegan culinary training, basic kitchen skills, baking, fermenting, coastal gardening, and mind-body wellness.
For several months, remodeling and refurbishing space for a hot-kitchen has been underway. The new curriculum has been developed. Classes and workshops are scheduled for raw and cooked vegan cuisine.

The new hot-kitchen is across the building in the former Mendo Bistro space. The completely new kitchen is gorgeous, with stainless steel everywhere. Pop-ups, feasts, meetings, weddings and all celebrations will enjoy a lovely Craftsman-like architecture with city and ocean views.
Living Light also held a ribbon cutting June 6th for The Redwood Coast Inn, the former Grey Whale Inn. Since acquiring the historic property two-years ago, the hotel team has renewed the guest rooms and renovated public spaces. Plans are underway to begin exterior renovation this year.

Redwood Coast Inn has a diverse selection of rooms and suites. There are penthouse suites with private deck, downtown and ocean views, family rooms, suites with kitchens, king rooms, and rooms for solo travelers. Fully equipped kitchens are available for guest use.
Living Light International also owns and manages Living Light Inn, a historic and eco-friendly Fort Bragg accommodation.
